 | Car accident in private properties (modified 0 times) | Kent | |
| My car was knocked by third party car. According to police traffice officer, due to the nature of the incident happen in private properties (factory car park), therefore it is not within their jurisdiction to charge or fine the thirdy eventhoug the third party is faulty. Without the police final report, i no longer able to claim the third party insurance, in this event, what is my alternative. Pls help. | |

| i also experienced the same, but the Sargeant did issue a report saying the third party is at fault, so I can claim against his insurance, but the sargeant never issue Saman to him. | |

| Now that's a weird policy. Why don't you talk to your agent and see if your case can be exempted.
