Car accident in private properties (modified 0 times) Kent My car was knocked by third party car. According to police traffice officer, due to the nature of the incident happen in private properties (factory car park), therefore it is not within their jurisdiction to charge or fine the thirdy eventhoug the third party is faulty. Without the police final report, i no longer able to claim the third party insurance, in this event, what is my alternative. Pls help. 21 Apr, 2009 11:29:24
