| I have found 1 company(ABC Sdn Bhd) is using the materials from our book which is converting in the form of CD ROMs. They have been distributed and sold it without our company permission. My concern here are:
1) What kind of legal action can be taken?
2) What is the duration would this kind of court case require?
3) Can we take action against the company director?
4) How much compensation can we get(how to rate)?
5) What are success rate to win this case?
I hope someone can help me.
