I've organized a competition to create a mascot for my company.
Below is the R & R for it.
Competition Rules & Regulations
1. Participants must be a registered forumer in kokorobox.net with a valid member ID. Non-forumers are encouraged to register with "my company" prior to submission of artwork.
2. All submitted artwork is copyrighted under "my company". Credit will be given to the original artist. However, artist can request for artwork to be returned if his/her artwork is not among the finalist.
3. "my company" reserve the rights to use and/or modify the winning entry and finalist entry in any way deems fit for the promotion and usage of "my company".
4. "my company" will not/may not be held responsible for the lost of artworks in mail due to failure of delivery. Participants are to make sure and double confirmed the status of submission with officers-in-charge of the contest.
5. Submission that did not fulfill all requirements or is submitted after the deadline of this contest will not be entertained and will be forfeited automatically. Submission will be returned to particapant(s).
6. The winner will be voted by fellow forummers through a poll in the main forum. Decission is final and cannot be revoked, questioned or denied in any way by anyone.
The competition is over and i've gotten the design i wanted. What should i do next ? As in should i come out with an invoice to the winner to prove that we've purchase the mascot then how to copyright it ?
