I want divorce with my husband, I have one baby age 8 months gender is boy.

Can I get full child custody? Currently I have working monthly income more than my husband. Is it my chance high to get my baby? Heard some one told me if baby gender is boy judge will give to father.

Equally high for either party. "Who is more at fault for the breakdown of the marriage" CAN be taken into account by the High Court Divorce Judge.

NOT True. Do not listen to old folks "talks/rumours".
The chances of a Mother getting FULL Custody is very high for child of either sex of below 7 years.
However, in some "advanced" countries, for older children, for example, a Father may not be given overnight access for daughters who are age 12 and above unless the father can prove appropriate "safe" accomodation for the child. Vice Versa...
