Child Custody (modified 0 times) sad father I am a father of a 6 year old son. I intend to file for a divorce, but only if i am quite certain to get custody of my son. How can i be sure? Does the law provide for the father to gain custody over a child under any circumstances? Please advice. Pls do advise Thanks 29 Aug, 2008 10:51:01

RE:Child Custody (modified 0 times) vincent if u can prove the disability of your wife like: 1. she had never been a good mother 2. no time for your son 3. she's insane 4. she's physically sick 5. she involve with others marriage, 3rd party but ensure you are not the cause of it chances be high then. Else, all mothers have a 90% chance on winning a child custody overall, you shall also ensure that you'll be a good father and is capable of raising him with full care & attention as growing up is pain moreover in a single parent hand.
