 | Visitation Rights after Seperation / Divorce (modified 0 times) | evee | |
In a divorce THE OTHER PARENT is given visitation rights . 'THE OTHER PARENT' means father of child only right??
If a grandfather/grandmother/brother/sister/ has the right to visit his/her grandson without any permission ??
1) can i report to police because of the "disturbance" due to the frequency visitation made to my family members ??
2) can i state that nobody except the father of child only can visit his child in a legal document??
3) can i state that father of child only can visit his son in 2hrs time/twice a week/ & cannot bring him out??
4) what can i do(any legal rights / document)to ensure that my child still under my guardian below 18yrs old if there's no any financial problem or issue happens? How if the child's father want his son back because my child is the only grandson in their family??
5) can i get any compensation for my child during seperation time ??
6) if i don't want to take any compensation from the child's father, can i state that no more relationship in btw?
Please help. Thanks | |
