Dear Sir/Madam,
My question here :-
My brother married with his wife 6-8 yrs ago & got 2 children & take care by his wife .
last 3 yrs my brother went to uk working & back to M'sia 2 times ..latest was last yr Aug07.
my brother intend to divorce with his wife & now his wife nt to listen his phone.
This few yr my brother has support their cost of living .& wife no working but this few mth cant contact his wife & we also do not knw what she doing at her hometown.fyi. altho my brother at uk but her wife nt stay with my parents & nt take care my parent too .she was living with her own parent house at malaysia altho my parent sickeness at home .
May I knw if my brother in uk & he would like to apply for divorce how to do it & how much cost? & how abt children (eldest 6 yes old (daughther), youngest -5 yrs old(son).
