Dear Sir /Madam,

Recently my brother received a notice from a lawyer firm about his wife wants to divorce with him. After I read the letter, I noticed that my sister-in-law are lying on they have seperated for 2 years. 2 years ago, they are still on UK working together. My brother who is now in UK cant do anything about it. After I talked with my brother, he said if my sister-in-law insist to divorce, it is fine to let her but with the condition that she couldnt bring his 2 sons along. The letter only stated that only for divorce purpose but no asset and child division. My brother worried that one day his wife will return and ask for child in formal way.

What should we do in order to keep the 2 childs? All this while, my brother work and send money to my parents and my parents supports their grandson living.

Can you please advise? We really need your advise.
