New MessageWife having affair and request to for divorce (modified 0 times) poor husband
Hello,

I need advise here. my brother and his wife married for over 20 years and now he found out that his wife having affair with another guy. The wife request for divorce after my bro found out. they live separately for years but my bro do go back to hometown thru out the years when ever he has holiday. Her wife is a working woman. and they do not have any kids. my bro stay at rented property but her wife stay at the house register under both name.My bro also bought a car for her.


most of my bro saving go to her and my bro told me that the house and car was most come from his income. He do not know his wife financial status. but most of his saving invest into the house and car. He do not give fixed amount money to her wife every month but he will give her when she request from time to time.
So, since she wanted to divorce and now she said the she want the car and the house.
with malaysia law, what should my bro do?
