Divorce a foreigner

New MessageNeed a divorce (modified 0 times) nish
HI,

I am a foreign wife married to a malaysian man for 13 yrs. I've got my PR. I have 2 kids aged 10 and 7. My husband is having an affair and he would like to marry that women. I am ok with this as our marriage has been in ruins since few yrs back. Now i would like to apply for a divorce as joint petition. I want an advise on the following
1. Do i need to hire a new lawyer or can we both use the same lawyer.
2. Can i have the custody of the kids?
3. I would like to request for an alimony for about 3k - 4k ( my husband is earning about 6k monthly) for my kids.Am i entitiled for this amount or less? ( i will continue to work after my divorce therefore i dnt need money for my expenses).
4. He owns a house, can i request to be transfered to my name or should it only be to my kids ( this house was bought before our marriage). Do i have legal claims on this house?
5. Since this will be an amicable agreement , do it need to attend the tribunal, we have been living under the same roof but we do not share a room.I want this divorce to be settle as soon. Is there any way to handle this?
6. I've just got my PR therefore will be send back to my country or i can remain here with my kids? WIll it effect my PR?
I hope i can get some ideas and advise on how am i suppose to proceed with the above.

Thank you.
