 | House in Klang (modified 0 times) | Jane | |
| Recently, I bought a home in Klang with my husband but after signing all documents in late Oct till today I have not receive my keys to the home. The lawyer that I use is also the same panel lawyer which the developer and my banker use. I have been told that the law firm has submitted our application to the FIC (as we are a foreigner) for approval. The FIC only meet up once every 3 months (not sure if this is true). After the approval is being obtained, the lawyer firm will then apply to the land office to transfer the title of the house of the developer's name to our names. The process is taking hell of time and we have to pay our developer in end Feb if not there will be a penalty. Please advise. | |
