Buy Car After sometimes owner took car back

I bought a car sometimes ago from a car owner as a third party between the bank and the owner, i pay monthly as agreed paid insurance fee and maintain the the car better than it was. Few months later i had accident with car and took the car to EON, owner showed up to write report, after 5 months of car being fixed next day i car EON guy and what he will tell me was me and the owner must come to pick the car. few days later i called owner and he told me the owner has picked the car.

Now, guys check this out is it because i am foreigner, is it just easy to get cheated that way and go with it and no body is doing anything about it? despite the report i made to the police i have had nothing from them upto date?

anyway life is not one way word. it hurts me in my heart and makes me feel staying in my country will i want to cheat a foreigner because i feel i am a citizen of my country and i can speak my country language.  Please advise i am a foreigner here and i feel override because i am a foreigner!
