Hi You All... Need some legal assistance... A bank had summon me to court & obtained judgement against me for Credit Card borrowings somewhere in year 1999... It was the 'gawat' time & I was unemployed then... I attended the court hearing & pleaded guilty. The judge in his judgement ordered me to pay RM200 per month until loan amount settled. I paid momentarily from little savings and after few months just cant afford anymore... I did not pay since then. Lately, there was this debt collecter who called me saying I owe the bank over RM30,000 now. My credit limit then was RM5,000. I forgot the judgement sum but what I wish to know is... 1. Will the judgement sum during the court hearing still be used + defaulting interst of course. 2. How much would interest be charged on judgement sum... 3. As result of me not paying the instalment as ordered by court, can the bank charge me interest as per original loan/ credit card agreement?
