Recently I have made an online purchase through this online selling company (MNC base) which I am not to disclose at this moment.
It is a high-end tablets which cost a few thousand ringgit. Reason of buying from them is because of the guarantee given in delivering quality services like :-
1. Guarantee of 1 - 5 working days of delivery
2. Lowest Price Guarantee
What happened was that before I confirmed my order and payment, I sent email to make sure the selling item is available ready for shipping. They in fact called me personally and making sure they have the correct product before I made my payment. Then on daily basic, I follow-up with email asking for tracking number until on the 6th day, I received a call to inform me that the product that I ordered is not available and I am being offered with different SKU product where the color is different. As I am writing on this message, they still post the product that I ordered is still available.
On top of that, the price match guarantee that they posted do not seem to be true as I have given them a few website that shows lower selling price by RM300 which they do not endorsed.
Below is what I copy and paste on their lowest price guarantee policy.
Lowest Price Guarantee Policy
Yes, you heard it right. We guarantee that our products sold at xxx website are priced the lowest in Malaysia. If you find the same product being sold on other major online or retail stores at a lower price in Malaysia, inform us and we will adjust our offer accordingly.
We at xxx believe in quality and value and strive to make your shopping experience at xxx as easy and stress-free as possible. With this goal in mind, our friendly staff is dedicated to bringing you the best selection of products, at the lowest prices.
How It Works
Competitor's item must be a brand new identical item by the same manufacturer and carry the same level of warranty. Also, the item must be in stock. If you find a lower price within 14 days of your order date, we will refund you the difference in the form of a voucher. Customer must provide proof of lower price by scanning and emailing the advertisement to xxx or by providing the email link of the offer. We do not adjust price offers on sale or clearance items, or offers found on forums.
The question now is that, is there anyway that I can bring them to be more ethical in doing online business in Malaysia and to deliver what is being written as guarantee on their website.

For a registered company in Malaysia that sell online, who is the right government body to file this complaint. FYI, I am yet to get refund back. Again this is not a small online selling company, this is a MNC who are as big as Amazon.
Anyone please help to advise me. Thanks!
