My stupid brither in deep s***

Hi all, my brother get caught in mall stealing pampers!!!!! unfortunately this somehow ended in the balai without any sort of settlement. he will be bring to court on Monday. can i bail him out now? what do i need to do? is there still any possibility of settle it out of court, since he is in the balai already.

pls help!!!!!!! we as his family really dont know any lawyer? dont know where to go? who to go to and what to go?
