Does Cyber Crime Act and Defamation Act practice in Malaysia?

Case Scenario:

A hacked into B's private mail account and extracted B's private chatlog with her partner. A copied the chatlog and threaten B for his own personal interest. Else, A intend to show public the chatlog. This situation making B really uncomfortable and mentally affected which making B avoiding normal lifestyle and keep away from public, just because of A's words.

Do this consider as Cyber Crime together with extortion? Any possible chance to bring this to legal lawsuit? If do, what kind of evidence required? Any advice would be much appreciated.
