Recently, i got into an argument with my ex boyfriend. He was so furious and decided to post a defamatory statement about me on facebook. He posted a picture of me lying on the bed (properly dressed, blanketed) with a caption SHE IS A b.i.t.c.h , MURAH JER... (so cheap) and some of his friends commented 'only rm1.50' / so cheap / cheaper than rm1.50 / i order /kita kerjakan dia ramai2...these comments are very embarrassing and publicly spread. Before he post the picture and the statement, he send a sms to me: I will kill you slowly, your pictures will come out in facebook. Means that he posted the picture and the statement purposely to defame me. Can I sue him for defamation? For additional facts, he slapped me thrice before, and always harrassing me..

How many times did you slap him?
