shld i made police report

i horn a car when he tried to cut q on de traffic light area. after passing de traffic light the car stop aside. of coz i ignore him. after that he chase from behind and stop his car in front of me. he came down and took a photo of my car. i did not entertain him as am with my daughter.. he mumbling outside and drive away. should i lodged police report??
