insurance claim

I involved in a car accident during Dec 2008. after the traffic police investigation, the malay driver found guilty who bang my car from the back. My car was repaired on  end of January 2009,the repair cost was paid by my insurance (Berjaya sompo) fist while i submitted my claim to Kurnia insurance to make a claim under 3rd party car claim.

i have submitted the claim document on middle February 2009 by courier service. When i call the kurnia claim department, they said the receiving department will took about 2 weeks to distribute the claim to related department.They said this is their policy. after two weeks(end of February), i make a called again to the claim department. They said they have received the documents and they still not open file for my case. they ask me wait another weeks. after a few days 11/12 march 2009 i try to call them they said the person in charge on leave. Will back by tomorrow.

When i called day after tomorrow, they said the pic on medical leave.the rest of the day i call the pic either no one pick up or the pic go to wash room or al kind of reason. i have ask the help from the kurnia claim staff. they said my file hendle by that malay girl cannot simply transfer.

ok...i was so passion until i make a call and finally i got her early of the april. she said she preparing the documents now. i explain to her to faster as i need to renew my car insurance soon and cc me a copy when she goin to send the documents to my insurance company. until yesterday. i still not receive any mail document from kurnia. so, i call the girl. the line is transfer all the way fro claim department to operator and vice versa for 4 times until i voice up to the operator please pass me to the right pic. (i was so unhappy the staff from claim department refuse to transfer the call to the pic)

Finally, i got the girl. she said she alrady sent the documents to my berjaya sompo insurance but no reply from them yet. i told her i didn't receive any cc copy if she has sent out. she said she did. so, i ask her to send again to me. she reply me she will sent if she still kept inside the in box. the way she answer so unresponsible and no manner.

so, i called up berjaya sompo claim department. they said they did not receive any documents. so, i call the girl from kurnia again. she said they have sent out on 15 april 09. she so unhappy and ask me to check with my insurance. i told her i already checked. if you sent on 15 april 09 by normal pos impossible my insurance not receive as of 23 april 2009. i'm unhappy and said to the girl the way she spoken to me impolite. she voice to me said i'm also. please, i did voice up to the girl, i just not feeling well (i'm mc on the next day)and she said ask me to check with my insurance again next.

so, i agreed to her and for myself is the last change i give them.cos, i need to settle it before may 2009 to renew my car insurance..

Please, anyone can help me. what is my right on this situation....

Did you sent your vehicle to Berjaya Sompo's panel workshop to repair your vehicle????? If yes, then the workshop should assist you in this matter and this is part of the agreement for the repairer and the insurer. In my opinion, your repairer is not doing their job.

Lodge complaint thru NCC website.They will assist you on this matter.You as a customer you got all the right to show your Dissatisfaction.Take down here name and her contact number,write a complaint letter to her head of department.Kurnia need to take care their customer not pushing around.

i tink this TS only mention "malay girl". If not what how u wan her to address the person in fault here? homo sapiens?a human being with long hair? dun be too emotional bro/sis. hope this helps.We are here just to consult/voice our problems.not to create problems.thanks and have a pleasant day!
