I understand CITOS has been declared illegal by the Home Ministry and it had caused many hardship to many Malaysians who had been sued or who had discharged themselves from bankruptcy due to its outdated data. How does an individual get his name erased from CITOS after he has discharged himself from bankcruptcy?

YOur name would not be erase from ctos database, as you have to submit your discharge documentation to the Ctos company. they will help you to update the status.

I was also previously wrongly bankrupt for 6 months and later, i have to spend money with lawyers to get it cleared with the case withdrawn. but CITOS updated my records and after updating i am still facing to open my saving account with other bank's.

All this rubbish in malaysia and look's like some top politicians are involved in-spite declaring CITOS illegal and they are not closing and the government is not bothered in to look in to it. Also CITOS is not only having CCIRIS & CITOS information's> They also have individual directorship information like when you open a company and close with joining and resigning of directors.

So the relevant authorities are also giving information's out. The hold bunch of idiots are involved.

So trying to erase your details out of CITOS is no way at all. They only update.
