Can I sue this service center for keeping my car for nearly 8 months? I had to go and check so many times and there was one time they cant even tell me where my car was cause the guy in charge just left the service center.
I bought so many spare parts as instructed by them and all the parts were left in the car bonnet! I was shocked with this kind of attitude of staff of Proton Service Centre. Finally got it back but the car is not in prime condition.
Can i claim some kind of compensation from them? Please advise! Thanks!

Go to consumer court.They can assist you
