2. Can the father name not to be listed in the birth certificate for new born baby without marry? what are the procedure and documents needed to be able to get the birth certificate for new born baby?
3.  Will the single and unmarried mother get fine or any court case from goverment.
4. If many years later(eg.10 years later),I request to list the father surname or full name in the child birth certificate, could I still have right to do that?
5. If my baby birth in oversea (without marry), the baby will consider Malaysia citizenship or other citizenship? Or dual citizenship?
6. If the mother is not married and have baby, what is the marital status for the mother? Is she still consider as single or otherelse?
7. Will the baby face any problem in the future for example study, sholarship application and anything else because of mother of the baby is not married?
8. How if I married with a man few years later(but not baby's father),can I apply to list the stepfather name to baby birth cert?
