Lembaga Air Kuching
Commonly known as the Kuching Water Board in English. Established on January 1, 1959 under the kuching Water Board Order 1959 to take over the kuching Water Supply from the Public Works Department Sarawak. On June 1, 1995, the Water Supply Ordinance was repealed and replaced by the Water Ordinance 1994. On January 1, 2001, the Board was re-established under the Kuching Water Board, 2001. The Board is responsible for the administration, management and supervision of all waterworks within its area of supply and the policy of the Board is to extend mains and to develop other facilities to provide adequate and reliable supply of fully treated quality water within its area of supply. The Kuching Water Board operates as an independent state owned organisation. Lembaga Air Sibu
Commonly known as the Sibu Water Board (SWB) in English. Initially incorporated under Section 19 of the Water Supply Ordinance 1959 and re-incorporated under the Sibu Water Board Order 1959 when Section 19 of the Water Supply Ordinance 1959 was repealed. The main function of the Sibu Water Board is to have the custody, management and administration of water works and the water therein and the management of the supply and distribution of such water within its area of supply subject to the general control and supervision of the State Water Authority. Lembaga Pelabuhan Kuching
Commonly known as the Kuching Port Authority in English. The first organised port in Sarawak. Established in 1961 under the Port Authorities Ordinance 1961. Being situated just outside Kuching, and the seat of the State Government and Administration, it has grown to become a premier port of the State served by numerous shipping lines connecting it to the regional hub ports. All its terminals are in close proximity to the industrial estates to facilitate easy cargo movement. Both terminals have easy access to highway and coastal routes to all main towns in Sarawak. Lembaga Pelabuhan Miri
Commonly known as the Miri Port Authority (MPA) in English. Established on February 1, 1981 under the Port Authorities Ordinance, 1961 and commenced operation on March 1, 1983. MPA is an important feeder port that links Sarawak's northern region's trade to the rest of the world. It is a key player in the development of trade for not only Sarawak's economy but Malaysia as a whole.
