hi guys

i had call to " Jabatan Buruh"( 03-88865000) and the officer said that the bank had the right to write in to them to get permission to ask the employer to withheld salary but subject to the employee consent.

i did not sign any letter from the bank yet but i forgot during the application of credit card did the banker put in such a clause or not???

That "officer" is just a lying debt collector...
Ask him to go fly kite.

@vkpc

i talk to the "jabatan buruh" officer, he really said that the BSN had the right.. the only thing is that whether in the term and condition of the credit card do the bank normally put in such clause or not... because normally we do not read through the terms....

i do hope that the jabatan buruh do not approve such a nonsence and unreasonable to us

That officer is not a lawyer, do not know the law and probably has never been to a court.

Think rationally, if BSN can deduct your salary, do they need to threaten and scare you?
Just deduct-lah, don't even need to meet you. Stupid or not?
