hello notalawyer,
im just want to know whether judgement in default can be entered even i have filed memo. of appearance.. but the appearance is late than 14 days..however the plaintiff didn't filed their JID yet..but the court still grant JID.. now i want to set aside the JID..what is the possible reason?

Is the case at High Court, Sessions Court or Magistrate's Court?
