Click below link to read how this couple, Mr & Mrs Aziz were helped by AKPK agency
after incurring huge debt. Their total outstanding debt reached almost RM500,000, an amount they were
not at all comfortable sitting on. This was when a family friend told them about AKPK and strongly
recommended that Mr & Mrs Aziz seek counselling.

hi mimi,

If one's debt is RM100,000, AKPK can negotiate with the creditor banks
to waive out all the interests and further discounts (if any) and i think,
after all the deductions, AKPK converts the debt amount to term loan spreading
over 10-year repayment plan.

I believe for every RM10,000, RM50 to RM100 repayment.
You must have enough net disposable income for the monthly repayment.
If one fails to make the repayment along the way after being accepted by AKPK,
one would not get AKPK help for a second chance.

AKPK help is not for people in the last stage of legal proceeding.
It mat take something like 3 months to process your application upon acceptance
during this time, banks are advised not to proceed with any legal proceeding.

If you want to go it, first call up AKPK office nearest convenient to you to book a
seat & attend a briefing session on how to go about it. AKPK has a few branches located
in major towns in Malaysia. U can check them out @ AKPK website in the above posting.

If you do not have enough net disposable income or little money, then i think
the ultimate option is to wait for any of your creditor bank(s) to sue you bankruptcy
if there are no other options. If you have some properties, perhaps you can re-finance
or sell them off to see how best you can settle off your debt(s). Make your move wisely.
AKPK can advise you on all these matters. AKPK has their own lawyers & financial experts.
