My father left behind a piece of oil palm estate and this is now in the names of my brothers and I (5 names).  We plan to sell this property but one brother is against it.  How do I go  about solving this problem?

Ah Koon,

Don't sell it now because your brother is the eldest one who against it .He knows well enough that its not the right time.
Just wait for another year or so and you will see the different. He told me that land will appreciate so no hurry to sell now.
That 4 ekars will fetch at least 1 million soon.
Just be patient.

Ah koon,

As a good friend of your elest brother,I can only try to give advice.Last two weeks, your brother told me that you got a gambling habit and you are owing the 'Ah Long'about 30odd k ,he said he will lend it to you to settle them. But he wants you to stop going to genting Highlands to gamble again.
You know he is trying to protect you from being cheated and losing more when you insist to sell the land.Everything will gone down to zero if you keep going up hill.Just imagine how many times you went up there and how many times you actually win. When you win ,you go back again and lose back to the casino again.

Ah Koon you can hate me and your brothers but I hope you can repent and just be patient. You are still young and single what a rush,ya?Please think for the rest of the family members ,not just yourself,Ah Koon.
