I'm new in buying property so I need informations from any experts in here.
When the bank provide a "Zero Moving Cost" housing loan, that's means the Legal fee is borned by the Bank (or include in the loan).
My first stupid questions, what is "Legal fee" and what's the paid item includes in it?
Do I have to pay any charges to the lawyer who make the agreement between me and the bank (for zero moving cost). If there is, what is the charges?
I have another lawyer who made SPA earlier between me and seller. The 1 plus 0.5 percent, is that's all the fee I pay, or there is more charges imposed to me? Again, if there is, what's the charges for?
Since it's a zero moving cost, do the 1st SPA lawyer charge me something else beside SPA that she made, while the other lawyer is working on the agreement with the bank?
Hope the experts can help me fast before my blood been ####ed dry. Thank you very much. Any help are highly appreciated.
