Apply for permanent resident

I was borned in M'sia in 1964. I was renounced Malaysia citizen and converted to Singapore citizen in 1995, together with spouse and child.

I'm now thinking of going back to Malaysia for my career.

1. As such, what is the chance that I will award M'sia PR? 
2. What are the term and conditions to be followed to apply for PR?
3. How long is the application period?
