If im seperated with my husband, can he sue me for adultery if i am going out with another guy after we seperated? or can he sue the thrid party?

Going out with someone does not constitute the offence of adultery. You must have firstly let him take your knickers off then shovee his tool into you. Get what I mean. Then it is called adultery. If that is the cause of your divorce then it will be cited as a reason. Suiing your boyfriend if he remains with you is something that produces no gains to anyone legally or otherwise.
