Hi,
I am employee for a company name A and I have bonds with them for  2 years then I been assign to company B. Now I resign from company B and still want to continue in company A. But company A considering if I resign from company B, I breaking my bonds with company A. Now they ask me for paying 30k because I breaking the bonds.I been complaint also to them that I cannot work i company B, they ignore my complaint by giving excuse.
My question is :
Is it legal they can say I breaking the bond without any black and white(I mean a letter saying I breaking bond because I quitting from company B) ?
Is it possible I breaking the bond without paying the penalty?
