Is there any Small Claim Business Tribunal in Malaysia ?

You should try to collect it by yourself. Customers' Relationship is vital here at first stage.

If Small Amount, talk to them and find out the problems faced by your Debtors, the reasons behind why don't they pay. Try to provide solutions instead of creating more problems!

For BIG Amount, and If you are dealing with Nasty Customers that purposely Planned to SCAM or Cheat you, then you have no alternative, but to use IRON-GRIP Tactics against them.

Legal Procedures is IRRELEVANT and would NOT do a proper job to these kind of people, because they have NOTHING WORTH in their Possessions for you to Sue.

And you might even end up Losing and paying more to the Lawyer who could be LAUGHING TO THE BANK Then!! As each Court Session could cost you at least RM2500 or more.

Can you start Imagining the number of Court Sessions and Time Wasted on such Case from now... When is it going to settle Finally? May be YEARS TO COME!!

In Short, Place Customer's Relationships as your Priority, see each of your Debtors to find out where the problems are.
