Accident involving a government van

I was driving alone at mrr2.I remember the car in front of me has stop (stationary), not sure what are the reason.so,I just hit my brake.while I hit my brake,the van behind me hit my car and my car become turtle.the van drove very fast as I can feel the impact.I was hospitalized.as far as I know,the van is actually a government van. My car (myvi) is badly damaged.please advise.
