How does subscription renewal work?

You can find your subscription expiry date in your My Lawyerment Lawyer Directory account, under Law Firm Profiles.

30 days prior to your renewal date, we will send you a renewal notice. The notification is sent to the authorized user email address on file. If you make your renewal payment in the interim, simply disregard the automatic renewal notice.

If you still aren't receiving your renewal notice, please check your spam or junk folder

Premium Listing: If the listing is not renewed and your subscription expires, it will be removed from our Premium Listing directory and posted as Basic Listing upon expiration.

Professional Account: If the subscription is not renewed and expires, your account will be downgraded to Basic Account upon expiration.
