PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ARTICLE TO LAWYERMENT. By submitting your articles and content (collectively, the "Articles") to Lawyerment, you agree to be bound by the Lawyerment Terms & Conditions as well as the following terms and conditions (the "TOC").

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this TOC at any time.

Please check this TOC periodically for changes. Each version of this TOC will be identified at the top of this page by its effective date. Your continued use of Lawyerment services and submission of Articles to Lawyerment following the posting of changes to this TOC will mean you accept those changes.

  1. You represent and warrant that you are the original author of each Article you submit and that you own all copyrights and other proprietary rights in the Article. If you have hired a ghostwriter, you agree that you have exclusive rights to each article you submit.


  2. By submitting your Articles to Lawyerment, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of and display, the Articles in connection with Lawyerment's website and Lawyerment's (and its successor's) business.


  3. You further allow Lawyerment to publish your Articles
    • on Lawyerment and any of its partners;
    • in RSS format for others to syndicate; and
    • in our newsletters.


  4. There are no guarantees that your Articles will be accepted for publication in our directory. Quality of your Article is of paramount importance to Lawyerment. It is at our sole discretion whether or not to include your Articles. If published, you will receive credit for your work but we reserve the right to remove any Articles at any time.


  5. Lawyerment reserves the right to choose a more suitable category for your articles if we find them to be classified wrong.


  6. You agree that you will not be paid for submitting your Articles to Lawyerment and you will not be paid if and when your Articles are published.


  7. Lawyerment reserves the right to include advertising on pages with your Articles.


  8. If your Article does not conform to the Lawyerment Editorial Guidelines, our editors may edit your Article so that it does conform to the posted Editorial Guidelines. Please read our Editorial Guidelines before submitting your Articles to save time and speed the Article approval process.


  9. You agree not to include any affiliate links in the body of your Article. If you are trying to promote an affiliate program, please set up your own top-level domain.


  10. You agree to not purchase or utilize PPC (PayPerClick), PPV (PayPerView) traffic, safe-lists, or traffic exchanges to artificially inflate your Lawyerment Article traffic statistics. Doing so may result in your account being terminated.
