    The article must focus on an element of Law or Legal topics. The article MUST also include the following to be considered :

    • A Bio of yourself or minimum detail of your full name, address, web site address (if available), contact email or telephone.

    • The Article in PLAIN text (.txt) - You can also refer us to another location to retrieve the article.

    • Articles should be 200 or more words in length.

    • (Optional) A picture of author. Please make the picture as professional looking as possible.

    It is also very helpful to include a title for your article (4-8 words)

    Below are the instructions for submitting your article to the (the "Site"). We ask that you read the terms of your Agreement (the "Agreement") with carefully.



    By submitting your article, commentary, announcement, report, newsletter, recommendation, review, analysis or other content ("Content") to this site, you agree to these terms and conditions. reserves the right, in its discretion, to change or modify all or any part of this agreement at any time, effective immediately upon publishing such changes or modifications.


    By submitting the Content to the Site, you represent that you have the full right to send us the Content and that sending us the Content for publication on the Site will not violate or infringe the rights of any third person, including but not limited to, rights in copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets or other proprietary rights. You also represent and understand that you are not receiving any compensation from the Site for the Content you are submitting. You further understand that submission of any Content to the Site does not in any way guarantee the Content will appear on the Site. If such Content is not published, the Site will return the Content to you, at your written request.

    You grant to the following rights to the Content

    • the right to electronically publish and distribute the Content in all versions of the Site in any language and the right to translate and electronically publish and distribute the Content to other Internet sites under license or contract with
    • the right to include the Content in advertising and promotion
    • the right to include the Content in print and non-print products, in Malaysia, or anywhere in the world.

    Finally, we may delete the Content at any time, without any notice to you.


    You are the sole author of the Content and have the full power and authority, free of any rights of any nature whatsoever by any other person, to enter into this Agreement and to grant the rights, which are being granted by this Agreement.

    The Content does not and if published on the Site, will not infringe upon any copyright or any proprietary right at common law or otherwise.

    The Content is based on true facts and diligent research.

    You will not enter into any subsequent Agreement or understanding with another person or entity which might conflict with the right granted to under this Agreement regarding the Content.


    Disclose any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest you may directly or indirectly, have in any security, company, or financial products, which is the subject matter of the Content. If a member of your family, or an entity in which you are a shareholder has a pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in the security, company, or financial product that must be disclosed as well.

    Disclose whether you were compensated, in any manner, for the Content you are submitting.

    Make certain any hypertext links within the Content are active and working, obtain any necessary approvals from that company or entity, and make certain that such linking does not violate any copyright, patents, trademarks, trade secrets or other proprietary rights.

    Not make any statement that you know, or should have reason to know is untruthful and or unlawful.

    Not submit any Content that is defamatory, libelous, obscene, in violation of any law, or contains any viruses, "worms", "Trojan horses" or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

    Disclose your true identity and not impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a government official, security industry representative, or investment professional, or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with such a person or entity.

    Not forge email headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted to the Site.

    Not upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements).

    Not intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, any rules of any national or other securities exchange and any regulations having the force of law.

    TERMINATION OF SERVICE reserves the rights, in its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate the Site at any time, for any reason without prior notice or liability. may change, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspect of the Site at any time.


    You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Site from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting the Content from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Site.


    This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Sabah applicable to agreements made and to be performed in Sabah. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Sabah, Kota Kinabalu.'s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

    Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
