   Letter Of Demand

Tips

Always use a demand letter to collect before you attempt a lawsuit. A Letter of Demand is written to a person who have defaulted paying yo the outstanding, installment or agreed sum owing to you. Most courts require that you try to resolve your disputes informally before resorting to the legal system. This letter mailed with a proof of service should work.
