Law Schools AZ (Recognized by Malaysia)

Only certain universities and their respective law degrees are recognized by the Legal Profession Qualifying Board Malaysia as qualifying degrees, enabling the holders of the law degrees to sit for the CLP Examination for the purpose of Part I and with the view of admission to the Bar in Malaysia.

The Board will review the list from time to time. New listing may be added or vary if the Board considers necessary to do so.

Note : In the cases of Australian, New Zealand and United Kingdom degrees listed, apart from having to pass the final examination leading to the LL.B. degree, the graduate must also satisfy additional requirements as prescribed in the relevant Gazette.

If you do not wish to practice law in Malaysia upon graduation, you can acquire a law degree from any institution of your choice not listed here.
